So once again, I was on a little bit of a lull from the work out stage...I was trying to finish a bunch of school stuff, and the application process, and I've been working soooo much again (12 hours days ugh).
BUT...I've been working out regularly again, and I AM SORE!
My body hates me. It hates me because I go from not working out, to trying to get a little bit of a work out in every day, and trying to eat better all at once. (Plus I've been boating and wake boarding a lot lately, which just throws in random muscle groups.) I just want to have a little bit of a bum ok! And I want to look like I'm toned! I was getting soft! Anyway, hopefully I will be able to walk normally again soon :)
